Distribution
Physical and digital distribution to stores and regional sub-distributors through
our partnership with Redeye Worldwide.
Access to Redeye retail marketing programs (product placement in stores) and playlist pitching.
Overall distribution fee (Redeye + Clandestine) of 25% digital and 31% physical.
$125 Redeye physical catalog fee (per release to appear in the product listing book that goes to stores).
Quarterly accounting through Infinite Catalog (45 days from the end of each quarter).
11-week lead time for physical submissions & 5-week lead time for digital releases.
We also service a select group of specialty stores and mail-order customers directly from the Clandestine warehouse in Cincinnati, OH through the Clandestine Distribution Shopify store.
Project / Marketing Management

$40 an hour, billed monthly.
Warehousing & Fulfillment
We can warehouse all your stock, fulfill Bandcamp orders, drop ship for tours, send press promos, etc.
Cross-platform inventory management system by Trunk Inventory. *
5 cents a unit per month storage fee for overstock
$2 pull & pack fee for fulfilled orders (+ postage & packaging cost).

*We also build and maintain Shopify web stores for our clients so we can be your one stop shop for eCommerce and fulfillment.

From physical product layout to helping shoot your music videos to making Instagram reels and Spotify Canvas videos, we can help integrate the visual elements for your album projects across the physical and digital world.

With hundreds of placement under our belts we can get your music pitched for inclusion in movies, TV shows, and commercials. Retainer + negotiated commission.
Rights Management
From simply helping artists register with a performance rights organization for the first time to setting up a holistic program of master, publishing, and neighboring rights registration and royalty collections, we seek to help educate our clients and get them set up to collect the most royalties possible.
Business Management
From cash flow forecasting to career planning and resource management, we consult with each client about their goals and can offer advice or function as your ongoing management team. For labels, we can do everything from running your business for you to helping you develop better artist contracts or developing an optimal direct-to-fan and distribution strategy. For artists, we can help you build a career plan and execute it while making sure you are getting the best deals possible along the way.
