Direct to Fan Order Fulfillment

We ship all your direct-to-orders & promo shipments

• You ship your product to our warehouse in Cincinnati, OH with a manifest / inventory sheet

• You set us up as a fulfillment partner from the Bandcamp orders page and / or website store (see instructions below)

• We charge $2 pick & pack fee + shipping material cost + postage cost per order fulfilled

• You are Invoiced at the end of every month
  

Drop shipping

We can drop ship product to wherever you want

• For drop shipments we charge the same $2 pick & pack fee + shipping materials + postage + we add 20 cents a unit after the 1st

• so if you ask for 100 shirts to be sent the Pick & Pack charge is $2 + ($.20 X 99) = $21.80 (+ postage and shipping materials)

Storage fees

We don't charge storage fees for Active stock *  but for units above that amount we charge 5 cents a unit per month

* Active stock is determined for each title based on the average monthly units shipped for the last 6 months

Getting your product to us

The client is responsible for shipping product to our warehouse

Setting your shipping costs on bandcamp and other sites

For e-commerce sites we recommend setting your shipping charges using the following formula so your customers cover the fulfillment costs

$2 pick & pack fee + postage + material cost

LP Mailer $1.05 + bubble + tape $0.27
7" Mailer $0.45 + cardboard flats $0.38
CD Bubble mailer $0.33 + bubble & tape $0.16
poly mailer for shirts - $0.10
large poly mailer for 3+ shirts, sweatshirts/hoodies - $0.34

Average domestic postage prices 

LP (under 2lbs) - almost always $5.38 posted anywhere in the US (ships via media mail)
x1 CD, x1 tape, x1 shirt (under 1LB)  average is ~$4.63 or lower if order is within midwest (ships media mail or ground advantage)
7" - average between $4.50 - $5

Japan - $13.99 for small packages - x1 tape, CD, shirt, 7" 
Japan - $21.99 for LP under 2LBS 

Canada - $10.99 for small packages - x1 tape, CD, shirt, 7"
Canada - $17.99 for LP under 2LBS

United Kingdom - $13.99 for small packages - x1 tape, CD, shirt, 7"
United Kingdom - $21.99 for LP under 2LBS 

EU - $13.99 for small packages - x1 tape, CD, shirt, 7"
